John Joe Scannell of The Terrace, Knocknagree, Co Cork
John Joe passed away on the 13th June 2026, peacefully at University Hospital Kerry. Beloved husband of the late Kit. Deeply missed by her sons Terrance, Tom, John, Mike, Denis and Patrick. Daughters Marie, Eileen, Kay and Breda, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his brothers Sonny, Timmy, Frank, and Michéal, sisters Rosie and Sheila.

Reposing at O'Leary Funeral Parlour, Knocknagree on Sunday from 5.30 to 7pm followed by removal the Christ the King Church, Knocknagree, Requiem Mass on Monday at 12.30 pm, burial afterwards the adjoining Cemetery.
