Joan Phillips née O'Connor, Pinewood, Killarney and formerly of Glounanea, Kilcummin.
Joan passed away peacefully on the 23rd of May 2026 surrounded by her loving family and in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff of Fuschia Ward, St. Columbanus Nursing Home. Now reunited with her loving husband Eddie. Sadly missed by her family, her beloved children Eleanor, Emma and Edward, son-in-law Pat, daughter-in-law Mags, her adored grandchildren Oisín and Dabhain, sisters Maureen, Kathleen, Eileen and Bridie, brother Denis, brothers-in-law Billy, Gerald and Jimmy, sister-in-law Hannah, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, many friends and her loyal companion Bailey. Joan is pre-deceased by her parents Timmy and Hannah O'Connor, her brothers-in-law Ned, Joe, Michael, Paddy and Billy and her sisters-in-law Mary F., Mary, Biddie and Terry.

Reposing at O'Shea's Funeral Home, Killarney this Monday the 25th of May from 4:30pm to 6:30pm followed by removal to St. Mary's Cathedral. Requiem Mass will take place at 10:30am on Tuesday morning followed by a private cremation on Wednesday.
No Flowers by request, donations in lieu if desired to Rockmount Day Care Centre.
