James (Jim) Behan of Ballyhorgan, Ballyduff and formerly of St. Corbins, Naas, Co. Kildare
James (Jim) passed away peacefully on the 27th February, 2026, at University Hospital Kerry.
Predeceased by his parents Mag and Con, niece Winifred, sisters-in-law Theresa and Joan and brothers-in-law Spencer and Timmy. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, his wife Mary, daughter Valerie, son Simon, daughter-in-law Amy, grand-daughter Esmé, sisters Breda, Mary and Kathleen, brothers John, Willy and Kieran, brothers-in-law Christy, Ray and Mike, sisters-in-law Fiona, Breda and Patricia (Paddy), nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his residence at Ballyhorgan, Ballyduff (V92 X6T3) on Tuesday evening (3rd March) from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral cortege arriving at SS Peter and Paul’s Church, Ballyduff on Wednesday (4th March) at 10:45am where Requiem Mass for Jim Behan will be celebrated at 11:00am followed by burial in Rahela Cemetery, Ballyduff.
