Gretta Brosnan nee Stack of Villa Maria, East End, Ballybunion and formerly of Lisereen, Abbeydorney
Gretta passed away peacefully on the 30th May 2026, surrounded by her loving family and in the wonderful care of the Palliative Care Unit, University Hospital Kerry. Deeply regretted by her loving sons; Kevin, Noel, Colm, Declan, Aidan and Sean, daughters-in-law; Deirdre, Kathleen, Joanne, Annelie and Esther, grandchildren; Cillian, Ciara, Cathal, Darragh, Noel, Karl and Aoibhinn, sister-in-law Helen Stack, brother-in-law; Stevie Brosnan, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Predeceased by her loving husband Jimmy, father Batt, mother Mary Ann (née O’Connell), brothers; Patsy and John, and nieces; Marian Stack, Eileen Brosnan and Siobhan Shanahan.

Waking at her residence on Monday 1st June from 7pm. Reposing in Lynch's Funeral Home, Ballybunion, Tuesday June 2nd, from 6pm to 8pm. Gretta's funeral cortege will arrive at St. John's Church, Ballybunion for 11.00am Requiem Mass on Wednesday 3rd June. (live-streamed on www.facebook.com/stjohnsparishballybunion). Burial immediately afterwards in St. John's (adjoining) Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
