Gerard passed away suddenly in Lanzarote Spain on Saturday November 1st 2025.
Gerard will be sadly missed by his loving wife Hazel and his adored children Grace, Chloe and Jamie, his parents Francis and Maura McCoy, sisters Marie Claire, Michelle and Donna, brothers Paul and David, sister-in-law Claire McCoy, brothers-in-law Martin O’ Kane, Ronan Clarke and Gareth Foster, his parents-in-law Padraig and Sheila Ann Fogarty, brother-in-law Patrick Fogarty and his wife Maura, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Seadam House, New Line Road, Waterville (V23FF61) on this Sunday evening from 4pm-8pm and also on Monday evening from 5pm-8pm.
Arriving to St Finian’s Church Waterville on Tuesday morning where requiem mass for Gerard McCoy will be celebrated at 12 noon.
Cremation to follow at the Island Crematorium Ringaskiddy, Co Cork.
