Gerald Landers of Kilfenora, Fenit, Tralee, Co. Kerry, died peacefully on 24th June 2026, surrounded by his heartbroken family, beloved husband of Nora, devoted father of Fiona, Deirdre, Niamh, Gráinne and the late Oorla and dear brother of Violet (O’Driscoll), Mary (Doolan) and the late Anne (Woods).
Sadly missed by his loving grandchildren Tony, Claire, David, Paul, Róisín, Saoirse, Bláthnaid, Cian & Sadhbh, great grandchildren Shane, Ruth, Ted, Jessica, Aodhán & Éanna, sons-in-law Mike (O’Sullivan), Philip (McDonald), Con (Casey) & Fergus (O’Connor), nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

Gerald will repose at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee, on Friday (26th June) from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral arriving to the Church of the Purification, Churchill on Saturday morning at 10.30 a.m. where the Requiem Mass for Gerald will be celebrated at 11 a.m. (streamed on www.churchmedia.tv/churchill). Interment afterwards in Réalt na Mara Cemetery, Churchill.
