Frank is Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Julie, his parents Thomas and Susan, his brothers and sisters. Frank was a devoted husband and father and will be sadly missed by his daughters Caroline, Anita, Julie and son Francis, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
