Elizabeth ‘Betty’ Hegarty née Finn, Woodlands, Oakpark, Tralee and formerly of Ballinhassig, Co. Cork.
died peacefully on 14th November 2025,
beloved wife of John, cherished mother of Paula, Sharon, St. John and Barry and dear sister of the late Helen.
Sadly missed by her loving family, her grandchildren Aaron, Aoife, Fionn, Oran & Rian, sons-in-law Patrick and Seamus, daughter-in-law Jackie,
brothers Derry, Dinny & Paudie, sister Hilliary, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, carers, neighbours and many friends. Rest in Peace.
Betty will repose at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee, on Wednesday (19th November) from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Funeral arriving to St. John’s Church,
Tralee on Thursday morning at 11.30 a.m. where the Requiem Mass for Betty will be celebrated at 12 noon (streamed on www.stjohns.ie). Interment afterwards in Rath Lawn Cemetery, Tralee.
