Eileen Dowd née O'Mahony, Kilcummin, Castlegregory and formerly of Old School Road, Banna East, Ardfert, died peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on 17th May 2026. Predeceased by her parents Hannah & Thomas 0'Mahony.
Sadly missed by her loving husband Edward; her children and their spouses Siobhán (& George O'Leary), Marion (& James Bonsall), Adrienne (& Frank Vansteenkiste), Martin (& Sabrina Horgan) and Éamonn (& Sinéad Moriarty);
her adored 10 grandchildren George, Jennifer, Fiachra, Mark, Donnacha, Eamo, Sadhbh, Rían, Cillian and Éala; relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Eileen will repose at Lynch's Funeral Home, Castlegregory, (EIRCODE V92 F208) on Monday (18th May) from 5.00pm to 8.00pm.
Funeral arriving to St. Mary's Church, Castlegregory on Tuesday morning at 10.40am where the Requiem Mass for Eileen will be celebrated at 11.00am.
Interment afterwards in Killiney Cemetery.
