Peacefully, on the 6th of July 2026, in the wonderful care of the staff in the Palliative Care Unit, University Hospital Kerry, surrounded by his family.

Predeceased by his father Eddie.
Edmond will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his husband David, mother Nora, brothers Michael and Seán, sisters Mary and Eileen, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.
Funeral arrangements
Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday in St Mary's Church, Ballyheigue at 11am, followed by private cremation in the Island Crematorium, Cork.
Anyone wishing to sympathise with the family, may do so after the Requiem Mass.
Family flowers only please.
