Dr. Jim Crehan of St. Anne's Road, Killarney and formerly of Main Street, Timoleague, Co. Cork

Jim passed away peacefully on the 8th of May 2026 surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff of the Palliative Care Unit, University Hospital Kerry.

Beloved husband of the late Dr. Vourneen. Loving and devoted father of Christine, Cóilín and John. Sadly missed by his family, his son-in-law Séan Hegarty, Cóilín's partner Simeon Arthur, his adored grandchildren Cian, Clodagh, John, Tess, Jamie, Annie and Rose, bothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Jim is pre-deceased by his sister Ann and brother John.

"May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace"

Reposing at O'Shea's Funeral Home, Killarney this Monday the 11th of May from 4:30pm to 6:30pm followed by removal to St. Mary's Cathedral. Requiem Mass will take place at 10:30am on Tuesday morning followed by burial afterwards in Aghadoe Lawn Cemetery.

Family flowers only by request donations in lieu if desired to Palliative Care.

My sincerest sympathies to Christine, Cóilín and John ón the passing of their beloved dad. Jim was a fabulous, member of the Gleneagle Squash club and will be sadly missed. May he rest in eternal peace
