Derek Walton of Shanakeale, Castlemaine and formerly of Reading, England
Derek passed away peacefully, in the loving care of his family and the staff of the Palliative Care Unit of University Hospital Kerry. Predeceased by his beloved son Paul. Sadly missed by his loving wife Philomena (née Foley), brothers and sisters Paul, Sandra, Melvin, Colin, Brian and Nina, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing Monday evening at Flynn's Funeral Home Castlemaine from 5.30pm - 7pm. Funeral arriving Tuesday morning to St. Gobnait's Church Keel where a prayer service for Derek Walton will be celebrated at 11am live streamed on churchmedia.tv. Private cremation will follow.
