In accordance with government and H.S.E. guidelines and in the interest of public health, a private family funeral Mass for Connie will be celebrated at 11am at St. Mary’s Church, Tarbert on Saturday July 31st 2021 which will be livestreamed on http://funeralslive.ie/connie-mackessy, followed by interment with his beloved Mary at St. Mary’s New Cemetery. The funeral cortege will leave the Mackessy home at 10.30am via the Mail Rd. to Tarbert. People who wish to form a guard of honour are welcome to do so, maintaining social distance.
On July 28th. Connie is predeceased by his loving wife Mary (nee Moroney, of Knocknaboula, Loughill, Co. Limerick), also brothers Paddy, Timmy, Johnny, Joe, sisters Helen, and recently Mary.
Connie will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his loving family, sons Timmy and Con, daughters Kathleen and Maria, sisters Lila, Kitty and Noreen, brothers Tom and Jim, son in law, daughters in law, sisters in law, grandchildren Ciara, Tara, Neilus, Darragh, Kieran, Padraig, Thomas and Caitriona, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.
