Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the care of the extraordinary staff of the specialist Palliative Care Unit, University Hospital Kerry. Beloved husband of Anne and loving father of Kate, Niall, Tara and Lorna. Dearly loved and sadly missed by his family, sons-in-law Owen Daly, Ronan Quirke and Alfie Gemillan, his much loved grandchildren Robert, Jason, Roan and AnnaKate, his sisters Carmel Slattery and Colette Hurley (Lahinch), brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, the wonderful team at The Laurels, his compassionate carers and his many, many friends.

Reposing at O'Shea:s Funeral Home, Killarney on Tuesday evening from 2.00pm to 5.00pm, followed by removal to St Mary's Cathedral. Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning at 10.30am, cremation will take place on Thursday in the Island Crematorium, Cork.
