Con Leane, Tieraclea, Tarbert and formerly of Knockenagh, Shronowen, Listowel. Con passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at University Hospital Kerry, on June 22nd 2025.
Con is predeceased by his parents Jeremiah and Mary (nee Rice), his brother Fr. Michael and his sisters Maureen, Josephine and Kathleen.
Con will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving wife Bernie, his son Michael, his daughter Claire, sons in law Gene and Richard, grandchildren Sarah, Andrew and Dara, brothers Thomas, Eddie, Tony and Johnny, brother in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, relatives, neighbours, a large circle of friends and former pupils and teaching colleagues of Tarbert Comprehensive School.
Rest in Peace
Con will repose at home in Tieraclea (V31K339) on this Tuesday evening (June 24th) from 5pm until 8pm. Con’s Funeral Cortege, will depart Tieraclea on Wednesday morning at 10:30am to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Tarbert for Requiem Mass at 11am. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s New Cemetery.
