Catherine passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday July 7th.

Cherished mother of Jill, Michelle, John-David and Billy.

Deeply regretted by her loving daughters, sons, sister Diana, brother Joe, sons-in-law John (O’Donnell), Donnacha (Galvin), daughters-in-law Siobhán and Carol, grandchildren Emma, Aisling, Siún, Caoimhe and Aoife, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended family, relatives, and the many friends she made over the years through her involvement in the local community, volunteerism and the GAA.

Catherine is predeceased by her husband John, parents Bill and Joan and her brothers John, Bill and Maurice.

Reposing at McElligott’s Funeral Home, Tralee on Thursday from 5.30PM to 7.00PM. Funeral arriving to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Rathass on Friday morning at 9.30AM where the Requiem Mass for Catherine will be celebrated at 10.00AM followed by interment afterwards in New Rath Cemetery.

Catherine's family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the team in the ICU at University Hospital Kerry, especially Mary, Molly and Declan, for the exceptional care, compassion, kindness, and support shown to Catherine during her time there.

They would also like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Pat English, Dr. Kevin Ryle, James O'Donoghue and the staff at O'Donoghue's Chemist, and to Sarah, Catherine's home help, for their dedicated care, kindness, support, and professionalism over the years.
