Catherine (Mary) Murphy (née Quirke), Mountcollins Village, Co. Limerick, passed away peacefully, at home on Thursday 2nd July 2026, with her family by her side.
Predeceased by her husband Brian and her sister Mary Ita.
Catherine is very sadly missed by her loving family, sons Tom and Con, daughters Julie, Mary, Lil, Cora and Katie, daughter-in-law Ann, sons-in-law Brendan (Walsh), Donal (Murphy), Anthony (Evans) and Denis (Fitzgerald), her adored grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, brother Neilie, sisters Sheila, Betty Ann and Carmel, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, all her other relatives and her circle of friends.

Reposing at Harnett’s Funeral Home, The Square, Abbeyfeale (V94 AK44) on Saturday 4th July from 6.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m. Requiem Mass for Catherine will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Mountcollins, on Monday 6th July at 11.00 a.m. followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
