Catherine (Kitty) O’ Sullivan of Coom, Ballinskelligs.

Catherine (Kitty) O’ Sullivan died suddenly in her 104th year in the Blackrock Clinic in Dublin on 14th October 2025. Pre-deceased by her parents Denis and Mary O’ Sullivan, her sisters Mae, Sheila, Peggy, Hannie and Ellie, her brothers Jack and Florie.

Deeply regretted by her loving nephew Philip (second mother) and primary carer, John D and Nelly, nephews, nieces, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Fitzgerald’s Funeral Home Waterville (V23RK24) on Sunday evening from 4pm-6-15pm.

Arriving to St Michael’s Church Dungegan Ballinskelligs on Monday morning where requiem mass for Catherine (Kitty) O'Sullivan will be celebrated at 12 noon followed by burial in Kinard Cemetery.

The requiem mass will be live-streamed on https://www.churchservices.tv/ballinskelligs

I'm a relative from across the pond. I had the honor of meeting Kitty, Teresa, and Peggy. When I was younger, I would hear stories about Ireland from my grandfather, but never thought I would get a chance to see Ireland let alone meet actual relatives. To me it was a dream come true. All three of these beautiful women did not treated me like a distant relative, but like one of their own. Kitty will always be in my heart and in my mind with one of my most lasting memories.
