Catherine Kitty Hynes née Sugrue, Curragh, Ballinskelligs.
Catherine (Kitty) passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family on 12th October 2025 in the wonderful and kind care of Saint Anne's Hospital, her second home for many years.
Predeceased by her loving husband Sean, her parents Annie and Patrick, sisters Mary, Nancy (her twin), Eileen and her brother Brendan.
Dearly beloved mother of daughters Aine and Geraldine, sons in law John and Desmond.
A cherished Nanny and sadly missed by her grandchildren, Claire, Shane, Patrick, Madeleine and Amie and her great grandchildren Sean Desmond, Farrah, Tadhg and Deluan.
She will be deeply missed by her sister-in-law Catherine and nieces Kathleen, Caroline, Danielle and Anne Marie, nephews Gerard, Johnny and Eamonn, extended family, good neighbours relatives and friends.

Funeral Arrangements:-
Reposing in Fitzgerald's Funeral Home, Waterville (V23 RK24) on Tuesday evening (Oct 14th) from 6pm- 8pm. Removal from the family home on Wednesday morning (Oct 15th) to St Michael’s Church, Dungegan, Ballinskelligs for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in Kinnard Cemetery.
