Catherine (Kitty) Griffin née O’Dwyer, 19 St. Patrick’s Terrace, Tarbert and formerly of Pallaskenry, Co. Limerick. Kitty passed away peacefully on May 5th, in her 101st year, at home, surrounded by her wonderful family.
Kitty is predeceased by her loving husband Paddy, her sons Tony and Ger, and Ger’s wife Marion. Kitty will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loving family, Breda (Collins, Cork), Pat, Teddy, Noel (U.K.), Anne (U.K.) and Trish, sons-in-law Pat and Phil, daughters-in-law Bridie, Nora and Lyn, grandchildren David, Declan, Sínead, Tony, Mark, Brendan, Marian, Karen, Paddy, Carmel, Kerry, Rory, Barry, Gearóid, Holly, Will and Alan, her twenty six great-grandchildren, her nephew, nieces, cousins, extended family, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Rest in Peace.
Kitty will repose at St. Mary’s Funeral Home, Tarbert, on this Wednesday evening (May 7th) from 6pm until 8pm at which time Kitty will be received into St. Mary’s Church, Tarbert. Requiem Mass on Thursday (May 8th) at 11am in St. Mary’s Church, Tarbert, followed by interment at Kilfergus Cemetery, Glin.
