Brigid Tangney née Mc Kenna of Meadowlands, Oakpark, Tralee and formerly of Cappa, Kilflynn
Beloved wife of the late Pat (died 13th January 2026), cherished mother of Maureen, Joann & Pádraig and dear sister of Mary, Joan & Tom and the late Eileen, Patsy & Daniel.
Sadly missed by her loving family, her grandchildren Ciara, Amy, Scott & Cillian, sons-in-law Mark Harrison and Ciáran Fitzmaurice, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Brigid will be reposing at her daughter Joann’s home in Ballymacelligott on Saturday & Sunday evenings. Brigid will repose at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee, on Monday (25th May) from 6.30 to 8.30 p.m. Funeral arriving to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Rathass, Tralee on Tuesday morning at 9.30 a.m. where the Requiem Mass for Brigid will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Interment afterwards in Rath Lawn Cemetery, Tralee.
