Bridie passed away on Sunday November 23rd 2025 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Pre-deceased by her loving husband Christy, her parents, sister and brothers. Deeply missed by her heartbroken family, children Marie, Breda, Geraldine, John, Caroline and Kieran, daughters in-law Maura and Carrie, sons in-law Mick,Kevin, Mick and Jonathon, grandchildren Christian, Caolan, Ethan, Sorcha, Katie, Ellen, Grace, Anna, Molly, Sam, Tom, Femhe, Donagh, and Eoghanan, brothers and sisters in-law, nieces and nephews, extended family, friends, and neighbours.

Reposing at Hartnett's Funeral Home (V92 WTK8) Ballyheigue on Tuesday 25th of November from 6pm to 8pm. Requiem mass will take place in St. Mary's church Ballyheigue on Wednesday 26th November at 12 noon, followed by burial in St Mary's Cemetery Ballyheigue. The mass will be lived streamed on www.dioceseofkerry.ie/parish/ballyheigue
Bridie's family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr Yvonne and all the staff at Ardfert Medical Practice, the staff of the Pallative Care Unit, UHK, the Irish Cancer Society, and all who cared so well for her.
