Bernadette (Bernie) Cahill (née Cronin) of Kilshinane, Listowel and formerly Irrebeg, Lixnaw, London and Colwyn Bay North Wales
Bernadette died unexpectedly, but peacefully on 22nd September 2025 at U.H.K., beloved wife of the late Daniel and dearest mother of Paul and Katie. Pre-deceased by her parents Bridie and Patrick, sisters Catherine, Rita, Mary, Nora, Josephine and infant brothers John Joe and Pat Joe.
Sadly missed by her heartbroken family, her daughter-in-law Margaret (née Fitzmaurice), her brothers Tom and Pat (Irrebeg) Michael (London), sisters-in-law Lucy and Delia (Irrebeg), brother-in-law Chris, sister-in-law Margaret Cahill Canada, nieces and nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces, great-grandnephews, godchildren, many relatives and a large circle of very dear friend.
Rest in Peace.
Reposing at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Greenville, Listowel on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m.
Funeral arriving to St. Michael’s Church, Lixnaw on Saturday morning at 10.45 a.m. where the Requiem Mass for Bernadette Cahill (nee Cronin) will be celebrated at 11 a.m. (streamed on churchcamlive).
Interment afterwards in Lixnaw Lawn Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Unicef Ireland or care of the Gleasure Funeral Home, Greenville, Listowel.
