Jerry spoke to Fine Gael councillor Tommy Griffin who is critical about the rules governing the power up grant – which is a support of €4,000 available to businesses in the hospitality and retail rectors. He says it’s too restrictive and more businesses should be allowed to qualify for it. He also commented on Kerry County Council spending less than 5% of the available funding to improve Listry Bridge since 2019.
