Capping Successful Judicial Review Costs ‘Unlawful’ – January 15th 2026

That’s according to Environmental Law Ireland which is calling on the Government not to implement proposals which would effectively put a limit on the legal costs that could be recovered by those who have been successful in judicial reviews applications to environmental cases.
