Over the past few years Ballygarry Estate has been working to become more sustainable and it has reduced its carbon emissions from over 460 tonnes each year down to zero. Padraig McGillicuddy, the proprietor of Ballygarry Estate, spoke to Amber about this milestone achievement and he also outlines the steps they’ve taken to get there.
