Limerick Council has told firms seeking to tender for the construction of the €150m Adare by-pass road scheme that the new motorway section of the project must be completed in advance of the 2027 Ryder Cup. Jerry spoke to Fianna Fáil councillor Bridie Collins of Limerick City and County Council.
