World Cup Wins For Romania And Fiji

Romania pulled-off the biggest comeback in tournament history as they overcame a 15-point deficit to beat Canada by 17 points to 15 in Pool D. And Fiji beat Uruguay by 47 points to 15 in an entertaining Pool A battle in Milton Keynes. In their final game of this year’s tournament, the Fijians ran-in seven tries, while Uruguay scored their first World Cup tries since 2003. Ireland train this morning ahead of Sunday’s clash with France. Management have not confirmed any new injury worries while Jared Payne remains a doubt with his foot injury.
