Wind warning for Kerry overnight

Met Éireann has issued a status orange wind warning for the county.

Kerry County Council’s Severe Weather Assessment Team is advising members of the public, motorists and property owners to be prepared for high winds overnight and tomorrow morning.

Storm Ali will track close to the coast from the early hours of tomorrow morning until late afternoon, with gusts of up to 120 km/h for a time in some areas.

Met Eireann’s status orange wind warning is valid from 5am tomorrow morning until 1pm.
