Waterville hotel goes on sale for 7 million euro

The Butler Arms Hotel in Waterville has gone on the market with a price tag of 7 million euro. Sitting on an acre and a half, the hotel has been in the Huggard family since 1913 and has accommodated Hollywood stars such as Charlie Chaplin, Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones and former US Vice President Dan quayle. The four star hotel has 42 bedrooms and 12 suites. Auctioneers for the Huggard family say they expect national and international interest.
