Water interuptions cause frustration in Killorglin.

Business owners in Killorglin are claiming that water interruptions and shortages in the area are effecting jobs and frustrating economic growth. Lie-big International say while they pay almost 40 thousand euro in rates a water pipe has burst several times in recent months and caused loss of production and serious disruption.Local Cllr Michael Cahill blames the council for the water problems. He say’s the water difficulties in Killorglin must be addressed on an urgent basis. However Ger McNamara of the water services division of the council says money is the key and it`s in short supply in recent times.
