Water feature at Dingle Ocean World to be completed by weekend

Dingle Mara Beo says they hope to have the renovations to the water feature at Dingle Ocean World ready by the weekend. According to the manager of the centre Maura Griffin the damage the cost of the immediate renovations will be up to 6,000 euro. The feature was just put in place two weeks ago. Renovations began on the feature earlier this week. The original sculptors travelled from England to begin the redevelopment which is expected to be completed by the weekend.Pumps on the inside of the whale’s tail made from concrete will have to be re attached. The feature was put in place two weeks ago to mark the opening of the redfurbishment of the tourist attraction. However staff that arrived at the Mara Beo on Sunday morning discovered the damage. The entire cost of the damage is expected to come in at 10,000 euro. Gardai say their inquiries are ongoing.
