Aston Villa manager Tim Sherwood says he’s not on a deadline of two games to get things right at the club. It was reported in the last few days that if Villa did not perform in their next two matches against Chelsea and Swansea he could get the sack. That story has been refuted by Sherwood [audio_player src=”http://media.radiokerry.ie/mediamanager/embed/audio/47084/medium/”] Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck hopes to return from injury at the start of the new year. The England international hasn’t played yet this season, after needing surgery on a knee injury. Welbeck told Sport 360 he’s not allowing himself to think about possible involvement at Euro 2016 yet. Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe has signed a contract extension. The club say his previous deal had a clause in it which would trigger negotiations should they be promoted to the Premier League. Those discussions were put on hold as they got to grips with life in the top-flight. They’re 15th in the table, with 8 points from their opening 8 games.
