The value of the racing and breeding industry to the south-west region has been highlighted at the Horse Racing Ireland Future Focus Racecourse Roadshow in Limerick. Michéal Lucey, Killarney Racecourse Manager and John Maguire, Chairman of Listowel Racecourse were among those who spoke about their development plans, upcoming meetings and festivals, and the significance of the racecourses to their local communities.
