Valentia Coast Guard Radio Station and Valentia Lifeboat have been involved in a medical evacuation this morning.

The alarm was raised when a crew member of an Irish fishing vessel became ill 65 miles west of Dingle.

Valentia Lifeboat brought them ashore in Dingle to a waiting ambulance.
