Manchester United say they've entered into a "strategic partnership" with local authorities over the regeneration of their Old Trafford stadium.
They're also exploring the option of building a new 100-thousand capacity ground instead of redeveloping their existing home.
No firm decision is expected to be made until the end of the year.
