Ulster Bank announces changes during COVID-19 crisis

Ulster Bank has announced changes to their branch network and measures to support and protect customers and colleagues during COVID-19.

This includes elderly and carer opening hours up until 11am, dedicated phonelines for vulnerable customers and healthcare and emergency workers, and an online form for requesting a mortgage payment break.

All Saturday opening is to temporarily cease, and that will impact on their Tralee branch.

Ulster Bank has branches in Tralee and Killarney.
