Two yellow weather warnings in place for Kerry

Two yellow weather warnings are in place for Kerry.

A yellow rainfall warning has come into effect and is valid until midnight tomorrow; it’s expected that between 30 and 60mm of rain will fall with the chance of spot flooding.

Meanwhile, a yellow wind warning is also in place for the county.

That is valid from 11 o’clock tonight until 6 o’clock tomorrow; winds will reach speeds of 50 to 65 km/h with gusts of 90 to 110 Km/h.

It is expected to be higher in coastal and mountainous areas of Kerry and Cork.
