Two men have appeared in court and another man has been charged following two separate drug seizures in Kerry worth €22,000.
Two men appeared in Dingle District Court this morning in relation to a €10,000 drugs find at Ballyseedy Woods.
Meanwhile, another man has been charged following a separate discovery of €12,000 worth of cannabis in Gortatlea, Ballymacelligott.
€10,000 worth of drugs were seized by Gardaí in Tralee yesterday, as part of an ongoing investigation into the sale and supply of heroin.
The Kerry Divisional Drugs Unit set up a surveillance operation at Ballyseedy Woods yesterday shortly after 1:30pm.
They arrested two men and seized 370 individual wraps of heroin with a street value of approximately €10,000.
Both men were brought to Tralee Garda Station following the arrest and were subsequently charged.
They appeared at Dingle District court this morning.
One man was released on bail, while the second man was remanded in custody; both men are to appear before Tralee District Court next Wednesday.
Separately, a third man in his thirties has been charged following the discovery of €12,000 worth of suspected cannabis in Ballymacelligott yesterday.
The man is due to appear before Tralee District Court at a later date.
