Transport Minister Leo Vradkar accepts invite to star gaze in South Kerry

Failte Ireland will feature South Kerry’s new Dark Sky Reserve as “an important experience” on the Wild Atlantic Way and it will be marketed internationally by Tourism Ireland. starry sky Deputy Brendan Griffin  welcomed confirmation of this in the Dail. He also invited the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport Dr. Leo Vradkar to visit South Kerry to star gaze in Northern Europe’s  first Gold-Tier Dark Sky Reserve. Minister Vradkar  accepted Deputy Griffin’s invitation stating he would be happy to visit when the weather improves.
