Residents of houses damaged in overnight flooding in Tralee have described their ordeal.
13 houses at O’Connor’s Terrace, opposite the Horan Centre were signicantly damaged after flood waters entered their homes.
Kerry County Council staff, the fire service and the Civil Defence were at the scene.

Speaking on Kerry Today, independent councillor, Sam Locke, said the drainage system in the area will have to be upgraded to deal with an increase in flooding incidences.
Meanwhile, Met Eireann has lifted the status yellow rainfall warning for Kerry.
