Tralee man had drugs which were formerly legal highs

A Tralee man has been given a suspended sentence for having drugs which were formerly legal highs. Judge Gavel2 29 year old Ross Kelly of 18 Shanakill Estate, Tralee had a selection of the drugs on December 20th 2010. The drugs had been made illegal the previous May. The court heard Mr Kelly lost his job over the incident and is now into the second year of his studies at the Institute of Technology, Tralee. Judge Carroll Moran handed down a six month sentence suspending it for two years.
