Tourists to Kerry prefer bilingual signsposts

Tourists in Kerry say they prefer to have bilingual signposts as it adds to the character of Ireland. A party survey by Fine Gael says that 50 per cent of tourists have trouble finding their away around due to poor signposting. Confusion between miles and kilometers also created a problem for people visting the country. John Ahearn from South West Walks says when asked tourists all agreed that bilingual signposts should be kept as they are a unique part of Ireland.
