Top honours for Kerry restaurants, chefs and pubs at the Irish Restaurant Awards

17 of the top restaurants, chefs and pubs in Kerry have been announced at the Irish Restaurant Awards.

The county winners were recognised at the Munster Regional Final in Limerick recently.

The Pub of the Year award was presented to Foxy Johns, while Best Restaurant went to Mulcahys and the Gastrobar at the Glenbeigh Hotel won the Best Gastro Pub.

The Kerry winners will now compete for the Regional and All-Ireland titles, which will be announced at the Irish Restaurant Awards on May 13th.

Best World Cuisine: Lily House Thai and Chinese Restaurant
Best “Free From”: Bookstop Café
Best Kids Size Me: Yummy Café Market
Best Local Food Hero: Chad Byrne of Chef Collab
Best Local Food Hero, Munster: Chad Byrne of Chef Collab
Best Emerging Irish Cuisine: No. 35 Restaurant
