The Tánaiste and Labour leader is insisting she has an agreement with the Taoiseach on tax cuts. Joan Burton It follows reports that a row is brewing with Fine Gael as the Taoiseach wants another cut in the top rate of tax in next year’s budget. Labour says cuts should be geared at those on lower incomes and wants another cut to the Universal Social Charge and changes to tax bands and credits.
