A couple of months ago on Terrace Talk we spoke about Rounders.
The lesser known GAA sport hasn’t been seen played in Kerry for many years but it has seen a resurgence around the country as a social sport. Rounders is a similar sport to baseball, where a ball is pitched to a striker who must run from base to base to score.
With the impact of COVID-19 lock-downs on communities, Ballymacelligott GAA have taken the decision to run social rounders in the club as a method to get people back active and meeting people as restrictions begin to lift.
