Waterford FC have made Conan Noonan their record signing.
The midfielder has joined the Blues from Shamrock Rovers and has signed a three-year contract.
Noonan, a Republic of Ireland under-21 international, says he's 'absolutely delighted' to move to the RSC on a permanent basis.
Rovers, meanwhile, have confirmed that midfielder Connor Malley has extended his stay at Tallaght Stadium.
The former Sligo Rovers player joined the Hoops in July, and has now put pen to a multi-year contract.
He's made 14 appearances for the Premier Division champions, who continue their Conference League campaign away to Breidablik in Iceland next Thursday.
