The win for Italy means they've gone 30 games unbeaten and have yet to conceed a goal in the tournament.
Switzerland beat Turkey 3-1 in Baku - giving them a good chance of going through to the last 16 as one of the best third placed teams.
Elsewhere, the Netherlands can make it three wins from three when they play North Macedonia.
Austria and Ukraine will battle it out for the second spot in Group C.
In the late game Belgium play Finland.
They've already qualified and only need a draw to guarantee the top spot in their group.
If they win Russia or Denmark will be runners up in Group B.
