Shelbourne first-team coach Alan Quinn has been suspended from all football-related activity for four months after a breach of the FAI's betting rules.
The charge relates to a breach of the rules in connection to 18 League of Ireland games between August 2022 and May 2023.
The independent commitee's decision, and the suspension, may be appealed.
