American Jeffrey Saunders is reported to be interested in a takeover at Dundalk.
Lilywhites owner Brian Ainscough admitted this week that the club are in financial difficulties, and wages to players have been late.

Saunders is said to have been interested in purchasing the club before Ainscough completed a deal just ten months ago.
